My student is studying in the US for the first time, how can you help our child acclimate and help us as well? 

Our services are designed to help your student seamlessly transition to his/her new school in the Boston area. We will take care of everything from picking up your student at the airport, to setting up his/her dorm room or apartment and to making sure that he/she feels comfortable in his/her new environment with constant check-ins as well as providing any necessary assistance along the way. 

My student is having trouble feeling successful in his/her classes, how can you help? 

We will provide an action plan to help your child feel organized and communicate often to ensure that he/she is getting the necessary resources and connect him/her with the best tutoring services for any subject if necessary. 

We noticed that you charge an annual fee for your services, can you explain why? 

Our success is grounded in the relationships that we build with our clients. We have found that it works seamlessly to have an annual contract that allows our team to develop long-lasting relationships with your student and family. This is the core of our business and we are proud to say that we have many families that want to work with us for all four years of college.  

My student has had some recent medical issues, can you help coordinate doctor referrals? 

Yes, we will discuss your child’s medical history and any current concerns as well as we will find the best doctors in the Boston area to meet your child’s needs. We will also make sure one of our team members is with your child at any and all doctor’s appointments and will be the point person and conduit to the doctor. Any necessary information will be relayed back to your family. 

My student will not be traveling home over break, can you help to ensure he/she finds a place to stay short term? 

Yes, we will find short term housing for your child and provide any necessary transportation. All of your child’s needs will be met and we will ensure safe and secure housing.
